Does Body Language Tell You If Your Partner Is Cheating On You?

There are a lot of myths about body language and some of the signs people use to read a persons thoughts from their behaviour could so easily be just something that they do. For example, crossing your legs towards someone is said to mean you are interested in them whereas crossing them away from a person means you are not interested. So what if you always cross your legs one way or the other? Suddenly the theory falls down.
There are involountary actions we perform though and we do give out signals, otherwise we would never know someone was interested in us, so you can pick up on things a person does and they might mean something.
If your partner is cheating on you what might they be doing?
They may disappear out of the room to answer their mobile phone. This might mean they are avoiding disturbing you but it could have other reasons.
They may come home late from work on a regular night of the week and they could have a very honest reason for that but it could also be a sign of something amiss.
You might notice that some of their items of clothing have disappeared and you don't recall seeing them go in the trash or being recycled. This could be significant if they are leaving clothes at someone elses house or keeping spare clothes at work to wear when they go dating.
If you suspect your partner could be cheating on you there are guides to understanding signs of cheating partners and you might want to pick one of these up but don't ruin a good relationship through needless anger and jealousy. Find out first before you start getting upset about your partners behaviour.

You Can Make Perfume At Home

I recently discovered that it is possible to make perfume at home. Now this came as something of a shock to me as the image is that you need a battery of scientists slaving away in a laboratory that is tucked away in a secret location to produce perfumes.
It made me realize we have been subject to so much marketing over the years we begin to believe the hype. Some things are impossible without the backup of technology and factories but a lot of things that we buy could be made at home.
Take bread as an example. It is a time consuming process to make bread at home but the results are superb and the process is simple. Most of us accept the quality of bread we buy in exchange for the convenience of purchasing it rather than making it ourselves but it is fun to make and extremely satisfying.
We miss out on doing a lot of the satisfying things our parents and grandparents did by not making things at home. Life is a lot easier in many ways but the satisfaction of going and buying something from a store is a very transitory feeling. No sooner have you got home and unpacked your bags than the feeling starts to fade.
If you decide to make your own perfume at home you can enjoy the process of actually making something with your own hands. Friends will really appreciate a hand made perfume as a gift and you can feel content knowing you can actually do something instead of just spending all your life working to buy stuff.
You don't have to make perfume to feel good about yourself but there are so many other hobbies and crafts that people enjoy and help them to relax and feel like they are a person with talents and skills. Take some time to think about what interests you and see if you can't make it yourself at home and enjoy the experience of doing something real.

First Lady Grows Vegetables

There was a significant event occuring at the White House last Friday. The first lady and a group of schoolchildren dug the ground to start on the first vegetable garden at the White House in many, many years and set an example for us all.

We have all become more interested in the quality and freshness of our food in recent years and organic food has become more popular even though it invariably costs more than factory farmed food. You can't get healthier vegetables than the ones you grow yourself and can pick and prepare within minutes and you can grow organic vegetables and save a packet.

With the credit crisis hitting families all across the country there could hardly be a better time to encourage people to grow some of their own food. The First Lady has set a fine example and many of us might join her in this new move back to some of the ways of our fathers.
